Hello World!

This book was written from the view point of Barney, a cream colored Golden Retriever puppy. The dialog is between Barney, Oli and Zak. Barney is a fun-loving, easy going, delightfully nerdy and a very inquisitive young pup. He has his heart and mind wide open to everything that is new around him. He enjoys his puppyhood to the fullest. He experiences everything with an over abundance of enthusiasm, as we all should! He has no boundaries when it comes to learning and asking questions.

Oli is a Golden Retriever who soon becomes Barney’s big sister and mentor. Zak is a Golden Retriever/Chow mix who becomes the adoring big brother who loves to tease Barney.

This book was written to once again bring awareness to the over population and abuse of all innocent creatures, and to remind mankind to be respectful of all animals. They need our protection.

It’s a sweet book with a lot of good wholesome lessons for children and adults alike.

J.P. Hamilton was born and raised in Rochester New York. She moved to San Diego, California in 1979. She has always had a genuine love and respect for all animals. As well as owning her own pets, she has fostered a few dogs over the years. She now owns two and a half Golden Retrievers! She adores the breed.

Along with her love of animals, she also enjoys and loves photography. She wanted to combine both her love of animals and photography to achieve a long time goal of hers, writing a children’s book. Her animals have all provided her with many laughs, love and companionship everyday of their lives.
